The Problem With Having a ‘Growth Mindset’ – Finding Common Ground – Education Week
Growth mindset doesn’t seem to work as well in classrooms as it does in the research environments, partly because it gets oversimplified as simply “more effort” rather than providing useful feedback and rewarding trying new strategies.
Hey Christy
I’m looking for a timeline template. Something like a Ghant chart but not as complicated. Something to help chart a projects progression from initial contact through course development to posting on the LMS. Any suggestions?

I haven’t used it myself, but I know several people who really like Trello for project management. It’s a different approach to managing projects than a traditional Gantt chart. Every task has a “card,” which you move from “to do” to “doing” and “done” as the project progresses.

ATD’s collection of project management tools might also be helpful. They have a Word document project plan where you can list the scope and tasks without having to do a full Gantt chart and WBS.
